Introduction to Reports on Loyalife Platform

The Reports Module in Loyalife allows businesses to analyze key aspects of their loyalty programs. From tracking points accrual and redemption to forecasting future liabilities and identifying member activity, this module provides detailed insights that help in optimizing loyalty strategies.

The reports module allows the admin user to create, view and download the reports based on certain frequencies.

Accessing the Reports Module

1. Head over to the "Reports" tab in the sidebar to access the reports module.

2. The report categories (Transaction, Member, Communication, etc.) will be listed as separate tabs for easy access.

3. Click on the relevant tab (e.g., Transaction, Member, etc.) to view or generate reports in that category.
