What are Tiers?

In a loyalty system, tiers refer to different levels or categories of membership that customers can achieve based on their level of engagement or spending with a company. Customers in higher tiers typically receive more benefits or rewards than those in lower tiers. Examples of benefits that may be offered to higher-tier members include exclusive discounts, access to VIP events, or special customer service.

Tier logic lets you categorize members based on their accumulated points or other qualifying activities, creating distinct membership levels with increasing benefits.
