Users or admin users are individuals from the client side with access to Loyalife. Users are assigned specific roles that determine their permissions and responsibilities.

Roles define the level of access and permissions a user has within the system. Each role corresponds to a specific set of responsibilities.

To access roles and users, admin needs to navigate to the ‘User Management’ module of Loyalife on the left side bar.
